    教书育人

        前些天给一帮大二的学生做了ILT实训指导，感觉收获很大，本以为拿到钱的时刻最开心，其实不是，是在结课时被学生们围住予以肯定的时候，真的开心，觉得付出的到了回报。大家对我的评价都不错，比研二的那几个师兄师姐好多了，感到很安慰，因为自己觉得是最认真的，印证了自己的感觉当然很好。
        教书是最基本的层面，育人才是终极目标，我是利用了最短的时间，把自己觉得最有用的东西全数语重心长的告诉，希望他们能够走的更好。
